Senior Lease Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lease contracts to ensure financial compliance and cost avoidance
• Administer lease billing/payment activities and resolve discrepancies in rental statements
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team to manage lease-related communications and compliance needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing or lease administration
• Experience with lease management systems/databases
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint
• Retail tenant/occupier experience preferred
