Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer - DB2 Physical.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide DB2 sysprog support and services, including database maintenance and upgrades
• Fulfill customer service orders and support DB2-related migration services
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and adhere to ITSM change control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in DB2 administration and systems programming support
• Knowledge of best practices in software management and maintenance
• Experience with configuring and managing DB2 in a parallel sysplex environment
• Ability to evaluate change requests and troubleshoot production database issues
