Job Summary

A company is looking for a TA Lead Global Congress Operations, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of prioritized congresses in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Oversee end-to-end congress operations, including logistics, budget management, and post-event analysis
• Partner with various teams to align congress goals with broader business objectives and report on congress outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years in congress management or related fields
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., CMP, CEM) preferred
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage global congresses in a matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of industry trends and compliance regulations
