• Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People stakeholders
• Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry expertise with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
• Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth organizations
• High level of professionalism with the ability to interact with senior leaders
• Ability to problem solve creatively using data while understanding business risks
