Senior Manager of Data Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise Data Services strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the architecture, operation, and optimization of the enterprise data platform and analytics services
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary Data Services team, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Analytics, with 8 years in people leadership
• Expertise with major enterprise BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and IBM Cognos Analytics
• Experience with modern data warehousing/lakehouse technologies on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise-wide data strategies in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality management principles
