Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's annual budget, quarterly forecast, and 5-year planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to analyze business trends and KPIs
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 6-8 years' work experience in accounting, finance, or general business
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of financial data
• Ability to work with multiple business sectors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
