Senior Manager of IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for IAM aligned with enterprise security and digital transformation goals
• Lead the maturity of Privileged Identity Management and manage approval flows for production changes
• Build and coach a high-performing team of IAM engineers and analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IAM, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience implementing and managing IAM platforms across hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Strong working knowledge of IAM protocols and standards
• Hands-on experience with access governance and identity lifecycle management
• Experience supporting IAM audits and understanding control frameworks
