Senior Manager of Recovery Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Recovery Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a collections strategy combining omnichannel call center collections with direct engagement with Debt Settlement Companies (DSC)
• Drive the expansion of DSC partnerships and manage the onboarding of market share leaders
• Manage day-to-day operations of a collections team, including recruiting, training, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in collections and recovery, including team management and operational processes
• Experience with vendor management across various recovery agencies and legal entities
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation (Excel, SQL preferred)
• Understanding of regulatory policies guiding the consumer collection and recovery industry
• Bachelor's degree is required
