Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for managing and engaging risk populations
• Oversee the review and approval of all communication materials for Medicare Advantage marketing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in care through targeted communications and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of MA risk/marketing experience within a matrix organization
• 5+ years of experience in a deadline-driven environment
• 5+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
• Comfortable with creating dashboards and leveraging technology for tracking campaign success
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
