Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager - Social, Influencer & Brand Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the top-of-funnel earned strategy focusing on organic social, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, consumer PR, and events
• Build relationships with mental health advocates, celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand presence
• Collaborate with marketing teams to activate creator-driven campaigns and cultivate engaged communities across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer, partnerships, and earned media/public relations roles, with 5+ years in a management position
• 3+ years of experience working with high-profile partners, demonstrating success in developing new partnership strategies
• Strong credentials in launching national brands across all earned channels, leading to successful social-first campaigns
• Experience maintaining strategic consumer press and media relationships in support of marketing initiatives
• Fluency in the social media landscape and experience tracking cultural shifts and trends
