• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to drive decision-making
• Design and implement scalable processes for lead management and campaign execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field within B2B SaaS
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Eloqua, Demandbase, and related MarTech tools
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets
• Proven experience managing and scaling marketing technology systems
• Bachelor's degree in a suitable field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
