Senior Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Onboarding Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT onboarding and implementation projects for customers related to digital identity and security solutions
• Educate customers about product offerings and technical capabilities through various onboarding activities
• Develop implementation plans and assist in resolving customer-related issues to enhance product adoption and retention

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, telecommunications, information systems, or related field; or a bachelor's degree with 60 months of experience
• 36 months of experience in a related occupation or job offered
• Experience with Ruby, Python, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, APIs, SDKs, and web applications
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Datadog, Splunk, Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce Cloud Service
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and full stack web development
