Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and improve HR's operating cadence, including leadership meetings and planning sessions
  • Track major HR projects and initiatives, managing risks and progress against milestones
  • Coordinate HR leadership priorities and build scalable document management infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Five or more years of experience in HR operations, business management, or program management roles
  • Experience with productivity tools and systems, including project management platforms
  • Experience in leading complex change management initiatives at the enterprise level
  • PMP and Sigma Six certifications preferred
