Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Research Operations with a focus on recruiting for monetization or ads
• 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
• Deep understanding of the research recruitment lifecycle, particularly in tech environments
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflow analysis
• Strong knowledge of legal and privacy issues impacting participant recruiting
