Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research, identifying strengths, pain points, and business risks
• Engage with cross-functional partners to gather input and align on priorities for improving participant access and compliance
• Develop and present a detailed program plan to stakeholders, outlining recommended initiatives and resource needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Research Operations, particularly in recruiting for monetization or ads research
• 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
• Deep understanding of the research recruitment lifecycle in tech or fast-moving environments
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflow analysis
• Strong knowledge of legal, privacy, and policy issues affecting participant recruiting
