Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Readiness Manager, Operational Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive enablement strategies to drive operational excellence across Sales and Success
• Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge and skill gaps and translate insights into an enablement strategy
• Design multi-modal enablement programs aligned with identified performance gaps and operational priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and/or success enablement, preferably at a SaaS company
• Experience in scoping and developing scalable learning programs tailored to different roles
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and operational best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
