Senior Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Risk Manager to provide risk decisioning strategies and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, tailoring risk strategies and providing technical and operational guidance
• Collaborate with Account Management and Risk teams to monitor product usage and suggest improvements for client success
• Manage client-facing communications and interface with various stakeholders while advocating for customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a tech industry client-facing role, ideally in a managerial or consulting capacity
• Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, and CDD regulations with experience in designing compliant solutions
• Technical aptitude for web applications and web services APIs
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as engineering, math, or computer science
• Prior experience with KYC/Credit/Risk decisioning systems and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and JIRA
