Senior Risk Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops custom health plan reports to support interventions and track outcomes
• Educates users on report utilization related to Risk and Quality/HEDIS for various health plans
• Conducts data analysis and root cause analysis to identify trends and anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries and data design
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
• 3-5 years of experience in HEDIS and/or Risk Adjustment analysis
