• 6+ years of management experience leading an Account Management/Sales team in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability in people management, performance management, coaching, and development
• Experience managing monthly and quarterly team metrics, including quota and retention
• Previous experience selling into or driving strategy with executive stakeholders
• Prior experience using Salesforce
