Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement recommendations, and track success metrics
  • Partner with the Go to Market Insights team to optimize sales resource and quota planning
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 8+ years of experience in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • 5 years of experience with SaaS, B2B, and technical sales business models
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Excel, and other key sales applications
  • Direct or indirect management experience with global sales leaders
  • BS degree in business, economics, or related fields preferred; MBA or relevant certificates are a plus
