A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define key performance metrics and create reports to provide insights and improvement recommendations to sales leadership
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and GTM teams to optimize performance
  • Drive forecast management excellence and own weekly forecast calls to ensure predictable growth across business units
Required Qualifications
  • 7-8+ years of experience in sales operations or strategy roles
  • Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of the tech industry and SaaS sales disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Salesforce CRM
