Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and workflows
• Troubleshoot end user issues and act as an escalation point for team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and administration
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics
• Salesforce certification
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows and validation rules
• Experience in defining business requirements and documenting business processes
