Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Scrum Master in the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting to the Product Owner for product roadmap and release planning
• Lead multiple product teams, monitoring progress and removing obstacles to achieve deliverables
• Foster self-organization and cross-team collaboration, facilitating discussions and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years in a lead role on projects or scrum teams, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
• Expertise in Agile practices and service-oriented environments
• Experience in managing conflicting priorities effectively
