Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term security strategy targeting enterprise-grade resilience
• Lead and grow a high-impact security engineering team, integrating security into engineering and product development
• Manage vendor and workforce security processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in scaling security functions in regulated industries
• Experience or understanding of payments or eCommerce is preferred
• Hands-on experience with security standards and frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Background in IT security management with expertise in risk processes
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure security, particularly AWS
