Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst (Remote/Flexible).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs
• Analyze business activity patterns to understand demand levels and ensure requirements are met
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support training, testing, and change management activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst for Task/Workflow applications like ServiceNow
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks including Service Management and Change Management
• Experience in test plan creation and execution
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to create Workflow and Swim Lane documentation
