Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff ServiceNow Engineer focused on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements
• Lead the implementation of HRSD modules, including creating workflows, forms, and reports
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD modules with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on HRSD modules
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and data integration
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs
• Proficient with JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Java
