Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and optimize a distributed file system for cloud storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine user requirements for features in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop design documents and implement code for products, services, or features
• Monitor system performance as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and address simple issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, or Java, OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering practices and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
• 2+ years of experience in Storage, File-Systems, Distributed Systems, Operating Systems, Networking, or Applications at scale
• Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
