Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst in the Healthcare Technology Management division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and validate complex requirements from Service Operations related to HTM applications
  • Direct activities to streamline deployment processes and influence necessary changes
  • Provide second-level support for HTM applications and coordinate incident resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in high-volume help desk support
  • Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with database management and scripting (e.g., SQL, mySQL)
  • Experience in healthcare or related high-urgency environments
