Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Azure Operator Nexus and related systems
  • Analyze complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document best practices for enhanced support delivery
  • Assist in developing readiness programs and contribute to product improvements through feedback and automation tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and hybrid cloud platforms
  • Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements as specified
  • Familiarity with Azure services and API management for hybrid cloud platforms
