Key Responsibilities

• Design informational graphics and create conceptual communications for diverse audiences
• Generate documentation in accordance with standards through various sources to support business processes and projects
• Provide business and technical writing support, analyze documentation standards, and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Insurance Services Group
• 5 years of experience creating, writing, and interpreting technical documents
• Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing, graphic design, and web-based environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Graphic Design, or related field
