Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Translate research findings into insights and actionable recommendations for product and design decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and influence product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Proficiency in qualitative methods and working knowledge of quantitative techniques
• Demonstrated impact of research on product or business outcomes through a strong portfolio
• Ability to independently scope, lead, and execute research projects across different product lifecycle stages
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities
