Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Catalog Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Service Catalog strategy aligned with organizational goals and ITSM processes
• Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the Service Catalog
• Monitor and maintain the health of the Service Catalog, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Catalog management and ITSM
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Service Catalog module
• Proven experience in developing Service Catalog strategies and governance frameworks
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
