Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client site implementation and maintenance, ensuring updates and quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and resolve inquiries
• Drive process improvements and coach team members while managing workflows and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Solid technical background with proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
