ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow
• Facilitate prioritization of business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and test plans, while leading system and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and understanding of Agile methodologies
