Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of IT Service Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements through functional and technical workshops
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reporting solutions
• Support integrations, data migration, and post-Go-Live activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM implementations
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management and CMDB
