Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant with AI, TPSM and Service Bridge for a remote working position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support workshops, refine stories, and participate in configuration and scrum meetings
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow, AI, TPSM, and Service Bridge to deliver consultancy services
• Work independently to meet project requirements and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certification in ServiceNow CIS (2 required)
• CSA certification is essential
• CAD certification is essential
• U.S. Citizenship is required
