ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant for ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development assistance and configure new applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and draft user stories with acceptance criteria
• Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions to enable customer self-sufficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• 3+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and REST/SOAP web services integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications in two or more application areas
