Job Summary

A company is looking for an Improvement Optimization Advisor Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates multidisciplinary improvement teams and manages project milestones through effective project management
• Identifies performance opportunities and streamlines clinical and operational workflows to enhance outcomes and efficiency
• Designs and conducts training sessions for staff, providers, and leaders while documenting methodologies for knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare Related Field (Required)
• Master's Degree in a Healthcare Related Field (Preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
• Six Sigma Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
