SLED Order Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SLED Order Experts Manager to support its SLED vertical through strategic initiatives in order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SLED Order Experts team to enhance core processes and internal customer experiences
• Act as the primary project lead for M&A initiatives and operational projects while ensuring data integrity across systems
• Champion change management efforts to drive operational improvements and lead process enhancement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Order Management or Sales Operations
• SLED/E-Rate sales cycle support experience required
• Proven leadership abilities with at least 3+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
