Social Media Manager
Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Office, Full-Time)
Compensation: $52,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
EnergyAid is California and Arizona’s leading solar repair and maintenance company. We help solar owners protect their investment through expert inspections, cleanings, and repairs. As a young and fast-growing company, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Santa Ana headquarters. You’ll be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling that drives awareness and generates leads. Our ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and confident, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a strategic content calendar across all major platforms.
• Create original social media content including images, video, Reels, and Stories.
• Write engaging captions and posts aligned with our brand tone and messaging.
• Collaborate with our video and photo teams on scheduled content shoots.
• Engage with our audience by responding to DMs, comments, and community questions.
• Track performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay informed on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align messaging.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of social media experience, ideally managing brand accounts.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and algorithms.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy.
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Experience in content planning, scheduling, and basic analytics.
• Organized, creative, and confident working independently and with a team.
• Experience in the solar or home services industry is a plus but not required.
