Software Asset Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of software assets through their full lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, ensuring compliance and optimization
• Enhance and administer the ServiceNow SAM Pro platform for accurate software asset tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with SCCM and Intune teams for effective software deployment and management across devices

Required Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow SAM Professional implementation and management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and other major software publisher licensing agreements
• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
• Familiarity with software deployment strategies and application rationalization
• Strong project management and analytical skills
