Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain open source Java instrumentation agents and support tools

• Create automation and tooling to enhance system reliability and deployment ease

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer in Java/Scala and/or Kotlin
• Proficiency in Java development, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiarity with JVM internals and libraries for modifying Java bytecode
• Strong understanding of open-source observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and Prometheus
