Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Data Collection Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for multi-language, cross-platform data collection tools
• Oversee improvements to data collection and analysis infrastructure based on organizational data needs
• Design and build systems to empower product teams in data collection and collaborate with data scientists for product decisions

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one programming language (TypeScript, Python, Rust, C++) and basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including modularity, abstraction, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team
• Experience navigating large codebases and implementing features across multiple systems
• Willingness to learn additional programming languages as needed
