Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to address their needs and challenges
• Propose, architect, design, and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of data product teams
• Continuously improve the software engineering culture within the data organization and assist in resolving development and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Python and ideally SQL, with a strong understanding of programming language internals
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering practices and testing methodologies
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver functional solutions
• Familiarity with container-based software development workflows (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman), Snowflake, AWS, Apache Airflow, and Kafka
• Experience with SQL, analytical databases, and data analytics
