Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and prioritize incoming ServiceNow tickets related to breaks and information requests
• Analyze and diagnose issues reported in the tickets, identifying root causes
• Execute necessary commands and scripts on the IBM mainframe to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience working with IBM mainframe systems, including z/OS, JCL, and TSO/ISPF
• 3+ years of experience working in mainframe programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I, and Assembler
• 3+ years of experience with mainframe databases like DB2 and IMS
• 1+ years of experience in processing and resolving medical claims
