Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to join their CFTC Data Engineering and Processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts research in design, development, testing, and utilization of software
• Analyzes user needs and software requirements to ensure feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Participates in database planning and design, and provides implementation support for data/records management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or Master's degree in relevant fields with 6 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• At least five years of experience in financial services related to CFTC regulated entities or US federal agencies
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with large databases and ETL processes
