Software Engineer Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical input in collaboration with the product manager
• Collaborate across product portfolios with product managers and key stakeholders to align strategies
• Lead daily standups and retrospectives, encouraging team feedback and coaching on paired programming and test-driven development practices

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
• Ability to establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines
• Expertise in one or more business domains and multiple technology stacks
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
