• 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a management role
• Experience with real-time data streaming technologies like Apache Flink and AWS Kinesis
• Proficient in programming with Java
• Experience with Kubernetes and a variety of technologies including AWS and MySQL
• Strong understanding of streaming data architecture and Agile methodologies
