Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (C#, .NET).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture on quarterly planning
• Recruit and retain a high-performing team while coaching team members for development
• Identify and address technical issues impacting team progress and communicate company direction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software design and development with a focus on high-quality, scalable solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineers in delivering new features or enhancements
• Proficiency in Microsoft stack including C#, ASP.NET, .NET, and SQL
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and Angular (15+)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
