Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant - Operations/Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on consulting for COINS Operations and Service Management modules
• Guide clients through system setup, configuration, and best practices aligned to business goals
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and user training for software implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Software Consulting, Construction Operations, or Field Service Management, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Prior experience with software support, configuration, or implementation is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
